You are an amazing friend, woman and Ottomaniac! I'm so happy you came into my life and I cherish all the memories we have made over the years, and all the fun we have had on our JOTs & other trips we have made together! You have been there for me through the good and the bad, and supported and loved me just as I am! Besides that....who else would I share a brain with??!! LOL May God Bless you and give you all the gifts in life you so deserve! James and I, and all the Ottomaniacs are definitely blessed to have you here!

I would love to go to that show as well as my fiancee would. But however, I have no tickets, and evacuating from Ike has taken all my funds..... So, that would be a no! And I hate it, I finally got my fiancee turned on to MY KIND OF MUSIC and I can't go see him. But, keep me in mind and tell James that I said hi please...... Thanks girl! OTTOMANIACS FOREVER!!!!!!

Hey My Family!!!!
It is so good to be back home! I'm am here and safe, and I thank you all so much for your prayers and concerns. I missed you guys greatly and I also had Otto WITHDRAWLS, so i'm glad to be back. I still have no lights in my home, so I am here at work cleaning up, and things like that. I did very well at my home as far as damage goes. I lost a couple of trees and a window, and I also have to repair places in my roof. But I'm here and I missed all you guys. Thanks so much for being concerned!! You are all my family, and y'all are the greatest! OTTOMANIACS FOREVER!!!!!

Thank You...
Just wanted to drop you guys a quick note. I'm still without electric, but have finally been able to go into work. Never thought that I'd say that! There wasn't electric at work Monday or Tuesday, so Wednesday we were humpin' to get payroll in on time! I celebrated by birthday starting on Friday, went to see Toby Keith. After all he was my love before James and I continue to enjoy his music and shows! While at that show, I came down with a head cold and my sinus' clogged up so bad that I thought that my head would explode! So, I was on the couch all weekend taking med's and sleeping. Sunday, Hurricane Ike came through and when he left, took the electric with him! We're on day 4 without it and I'm starting to sleep well listening the the humming of generators all night long! After you got used to them, they are kinda soothing! We have a gas hot water heater, so we do have hot water and we can shower. Scott and my co-workers appreciate that! They say that we should have electric by the end of the week, so think happy thoughts that I'll be back up and online by the weekend!

Just wondering if anyone here knows the status of the fan from Beaumont, TX who has posted here many times? As you all know, Hurricane Ike ravaged that part of Texas and I was just wondering if anyone knew if she faired alright?

Michelle, We haven't met as yet and if you have no electricity yet, you must be on a laptop computer!
There were a lot of power outages her in Pa since Sunday and Monday morning my son stopped to announce that I had a tree down very close and partically on my car in the parking area. Thought he was joking but he moved the tree out of the way so I could pull the car out from under part of it and check to see if their was any damage. Fortunately, there was just some scratches on the removeable plexiglas top but no other paint damage that we could see. The car is usually in the garage but I'm painting a couple pieces of furniture in there right now so the car stayed outside.
Well, anyway just keep smiling as it is your birthday and you made it through another year unscathed! Looking forward to meeting you out in Columbus and maybe we could celebrate your BD late and my biggy coming up in January?? Keep SMILIN FELLOW OTTOMANIAC!
