Randy Owen mentions OTTO!

I love Randy! He mentions James, albeit a little mention, but a mention nonetheless is awesome when it comes from the former Alabama frontman! Can't get any better than a legend mentioning ya!

James currently sits at 139 songs right now, I guess. (smiles)

Awwwww,

That would be awesome. James to sing Randy and Randy to sing James! I'm counting down the days to CMA's. Momma's little baby is all graown up (tear)... I feel like a proud momma. He deserves everything that he gets and much, much, much more. God bless ya'll and OTTOMANIACS ROCK FOREVER!!!!!

I feel like doing a happy dance!! Go James, Go Big Guy, it's ya birthday! We gonna party like it's ya birthday.. :)

SONG

I'm sure he will sing it in some of his live performances, just like he does Jamey Johnson's "In Color". The hopeful part was for ME (u know i'm all about me, me me LOL) to hear James sing it live; not whether he would or not.

To me, if James writes the song, James should sing the song too.

We should never be deprived of hearing what is on his heart coming from his mouth. (smiles)

God bless you and him always!!!

Randy Owen song . . .

If you are interested you can listen to the song co-wrote by James over at randyowen.com. It's titled "I Confess". It's very catchy, Randy's post says he can't wait to perform this one live. I can't wait to hear both him and maybe at some point James perform it live.

Randy Owen

What can I add that hasn't already been said? Thanks so much for sharing this story. For those of you that may not already know (you do if you've visited my myspace page) Randy Owen's new cd and book are out. To hear this legendary band leader/member as a solo act go pick up "One on One" and the book is titled "Born Country". Just goes to show them Alabama boys are a class act and know a legend in the making when they meet one. Congrats to James!

Kudos to Randy

A legend mentioning a legend in the making!

I left a message over there underneath the story too. (smiles)

God bless you and James and Randy always!!!

Yes, that's pretty sweet that Randy mentioned James -- I'll take it! :)
