Click on the pause (||) button on the media player, or exit out of the player screen.

What are the minimum system requirements to fully enjoy the site?

How do I edit my account settings personal information?

1. Log in or Sign up
2. Click on My Account
3. Click Edit tab
4. Choose account settings or personal tab
5. Edit your info, upload your personal picture and add in your signature

How do I read my sent and recieved private messages?

1. Login or register
2. Click "Private messages" in your user navigation bar. this will take you to your Inbox (received private messages)
3. Click the "Sent Messages" link to view sent messages.

How do I register for my free account?

Just click the “Go” in the Sign Up box on the home page to register for your free basic account.

How do I send private messages to other users?

There are two ways to send a private message.
First way:
1. Login of register
2. Click on the name or user picture of the person you want to private message. This will take you to their user profile.
3. Click the "Send Message" link below the user picture to send them a message.
4. Type a Subject and Message.
5. Preview and/or the send.

Second way:
1. Login or register
2. Click "Private messages" in your user navigation bar.
3. Click "Write a new message" button.
4. Type in the username of the person you want to send a private message to.
5. Type a Subject and Message.
6. Preview and/or send.

How do I view and edit or delete my blogs?

To view your blog:
1. Login or register
2. Click "My Account" in the user navigation bar
3. Click "Read my blog" below your user picture

To edit or delete your blogs:
1. Follow the instructions above for viewing your blog.
2. Click the title of the blog you want to edit
3. Click Edit tab
4. Edit your blog, and click Submit at the bottom of the page, or click Delete.

How do I view other fans' blogs?

1. Login or register
2. Click on a user's name or user picture. This will take you to their user profile.
3. Click "Read my blog" under the user picture.

How do I write my own blog?

1. Login or register
2. Click "My Account" link in user navigation bar at the top of the page
3. Click "Post new blog entry"
4. Give your entry a title, write your blog, and click submit

I never got a confirmation E-mail after registering?

Please check your Spam box – the email may have gone there, or you may have entered the wrong email address – please contact Customer Service, by clicking the Comments link at the bottom of any page on this site.

I registered but cannot access the site. It keeps saying Access Denied?

Please make sure that you are entering your password with the correct capitalization. The system is case sensitive, so you must enter your password exactly as you did when you registered for the Club.

If you still have trouble logging in, please log out of the site, clear out the old cookies and cache on your computer and then log-in again to clear this problem.

What do I get with a free basic account?

With your free account you can leave comments, send private messages, write your own blog, and invite your friends.

What if I lost my password?

Contact us by clicking the Comments link at the bottom of any page of this site and request to have your password re-set. You will get an email with a new one-time-use password. Click on the link in that email and you will land on your profile page – enter a new password in the fields there and you’re done!
