James Otto visits WSIX

There is just one problem though. Only half of the song was played and what was played sounded SO GOOD!!! Is there anyway that we can hear the whole live performance??? I want to hear it!!! (smiles)

I don't know why the whole song was not played!!! How could that be done to us??? That is like giving us a handful of oreo cookies and no cup of milk to dunk them in!!!

I really have enjoyed listening to James Otto's new CD and I think he's an awesome singer, however, I was VERY disappointed at his concert last night. Drove to Orlando with a friend excited to listen to him sing, which we were expecting him to begin around 9-9:30pm. After watching the crowd getting totally slammed, we decided to leave, because at 10:30pm, we were more than ready to get out of the drunken smoke fest, and the concert still had not started.

When I got the CD and started listening to the words of each song carefully, I couldn't help but notice that not only is his album about more than one thing, but track 10 really means a lot. I love hearing James sing "Damn Right." James sings with his heart in every song on this album, but he not only sings that song I think he feels it as well. He has a powerful voice that can give any person the chills. I was just wanting to know what inspired the idea of the song "Damn Right?" And I know that James will also be appearing with Lita from KYKR, Bucky Cuvington, and Jack Ingram on a Beach Vacation. What I would like to know is how to get involved with that, and the dates if you have any information on that. I would really like to meet those guys, they are all really great artists. Buttttt, our guy has them beat. I think that that would be a good vacation, and I love to sing and play. It runs in my family, and I love it!

This was the most enjoyable interview that I think that I've ever seen. The radio station DJ's were so funny! James looked and sounded like he's gotten caught up on his rest and sounds like he's shook his cold off!

"For You" sounded great acoustically, I can't wait to hear it on the radio.

Wow, that was so cool of you guys to post that for those of us that couldn't listen in -- it was great! I loved hearing "For You" -- it sounded awesome (even if it was early for ya James)! Also some very funny stuff on there!
