Meet James Otto
The Otto show: James Otto's No. 1 country hit, Just Got Started Lovin' You, has a slow, slinky groove and a bedroom growl of a vocal that harks back to R&B-influenced records of Ronnie Milsap and Conway Twitty. His Sunset Man album, which has tracks produced by Big & Rich's John Rich and Rascal Flatts' Jay DeMarcus, made its debut at No. 3 on Billboard's albums chart, selling nearly 60,000 copies. The 34-year-old singer/songwriter considers himself a proponent of what he calls country soul. "I'd love to be country music's Al Green," he says. I thought it was more of a funny (ha ha) movie about NASCAR than an insult to the sport. I love NASCAR and didn't take it that way.

I did see that one race film called Driven with Sylvester Stallone which is actually the only one of his films that I have ever seen. I don't even remember what goes on in it anymore.

I don't think its an insult to nascar fans! I'm about as southern as it gets... and big nascar fan too... and I thought it was hilarious. I don't get insulted very easily though. I do think that that movie is better if you have a certain type of sense of humor though.. some people just won't get it and will be insulted instead of amused.
Its like my ex-in-laws... they never got my humor and always just sat there looking at me like I was an idiot instead... thats alright though.. its their loss, not mine. LOL
Hey, don't worry about asking about that. If you don't understand something, you won't ever find out if you don't ask, right? :-)

I'm sorry. About that film Talladega Nights. I haven't seen it. I was told that it was an insult those who are fans of NASCAR, at least the person who told me thought that it was. I don't know why a person would make that up.

because he didn't stay a baby... its just funny haha.. if you don't get it at first, you're probably not going to get it... its just one of those things that some people get because they have a certain sense of humor, and then other people just don't get it... but after you have to explain it, its not funny anymore... ya know?

Maybe why I don't get it is because the Lord didn't stay a baby.

Once again, Michelle and I are safe from our evil thoughts and words! I found my crosses and now I can commence to kissing them until I have caught up on our naughtiness! As Michelle stated, I KNOW it is hard to believe WE could ever have a mean bone in our bodies, but we are human and as such, we kiss the crosses to assure we have repented from those streaks!! LOLOL

I pray so hard that y'all are never struck by lightning! It is not fun. A week from the day after tomorrow it will be six years since my lightning experience. My mom and me were hit just two days after my 20th birthday. (shaking)
The Lord was looking after us that day and I thank him so much for sparing us and all of the beautiful blessings that I have been given from him. (smiles)

Not an Insult
Maybe this will help, whenever Vonna and myself are together and one of us has a bad thought (I know, you ask, how could this happen!!) or we say something mean (again, us???), we kiss the cross and ask for forgiveness. I see it as the quick way to ask for forgiveness when the confessional isn't readily available! Vonna has misplaced her crosses, so let's pray that she finds them soon or we could be struck by lightening with our next thought or words spoken! :o)
