A little birdie.
A little birdie told me that Mr. Otto plans on taking some time off in December. So I would guess that the chance would probably be slim for him to be performing, although I do not have a schedule of his down time activities.

Assistance sought . . .
I have a question and anyone that can help with getting me an answer would be much appreciated. Last year James was a guest of 3 Doors Down at the Better Life Foundation benefit concert in Biloxi, MS at Hard Rock. I don't think he performed from what I know, but I know he was there as their guest (you can see the Mis-Adventures video if ya want a good laugh!) Anyway, on December 6 this year 3 Doors Down will be having the benefit concert again, with invited guests who have not yet been announced. Of course, James is going to be on the Travelin' Country Cruise the week preceding Dec. 6. My questions is WHAT IS THE CHANCE that James could be at Biloxi again on Dec 6 for the concert, as a performer? If he is going to be there, then I've got to break the news to my office co-workers I will be ditching the office Christmas party. Isn't that rude!!! Seriously though, if there is any chance he is performing then I will plan to go. What do all of you think the chances are? My Hubby think it's zero chance as he will of course be ready to get home, and his performance schedule shows nothing else after Dec. 5th>

TATGOD on R&R Chart!
Last week it debuted at #60 and this week it's up to #53...YAY! So everyone keep working hard and let's make sure it keeps climbing! :)
I finally got a response back from one of my radio stations and they said "It's only been on the chart two weeks. It debuted at #60 and is now at #53. It'll be a minimum of 3 or 4 weeks before we would add it, provided it actually moves up enough. Sorry! Not yet!"
So now y'all know what I'm dealing with here!

I heard "These Are the Good Ole Days" on the radio last night!
One station that I get in my area, 103.1 WIKQ out of Johnson City that is, a girl on there named Darcy does this new music face off thing starting at 8 PM eastern time where she plays two new songs and you call to let her know which one you like the most. She had "These Are the Good Ole Days" go against another new song last night and at just before 9 PM she named James the winner of the face off! She said that his song won by one person. I called her just before she declared him the winner, so I may be the reason why James was just that and because of him being the winner, his song will face off again tonight against another new song at 8 PM eastern time. The number that I dialed for him is 1-800-457-6647 if y'all have a moment to make your opinion known. Maybe James will win again tonight! (smiles)

Being an aunt is the best! My niece's think that I walk on water! Of course, I spoil them when they come to visit and give them back to my brother and sister in law! My oldest niece gave me poster size pictures of A.J. and Alley and I make sure that I hang them back up before she gets here for a visit! Little does she know that I don't know who those 2 girls are! They hang up there with James and the MM stuff!

Quick Update!!!!!!!!!!
I don't believe that I have talked about this on here! But I have something special to tell everyone. I will be a brand new Aunt next month sometime before Thanksgiving. She will not carry my nephew to full term because she is a high risk pregnancy. So we want both of them to be safe as possible. I'm so excited because this will be my first run at this Aunt "stuff." I hope that I am everything and more that he needs. I will be the only Aunt he has, but he has a butt load of Uncles... So, I think that makes me more special. I will keep everyone updated and again I am so sorry I haven't told anyone sooner. I have less than a month to come up with the greatest present that I can. I already have some blankets, onesies, and bibs with his name embrioded on there as well as a chair. If anyone can think of anything she is doing a camo theme. Please let me know!

That's hard! I love all the songs on Sunset Man. I guess FY and JGSLY but I also love Where Angles Hang Around and When A Woman's Not Watching. On the Day's of Our Lives CD Long Way Down and She Knows. But again I love them all.

I can't pick a fav; i really like them all. Each one speaks differently, but if I HAD to pick a least fav I guess I would say For You. My 2 cent opinion was that TATGOD should have been released before For You was. But geez, what do I know, I'm just a crazed Ottomaniac that just wants to see all the songs go #1 and for the album to get the recognition that it deserves in this crazy market!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Damn Right" is my most favorite song from the Sunset Man album.
I don't go for the usage of certain words of course, but I LOVE THIS SONG!!! (big smile) Every time that I hear James sing this song I just want to give him a hug!!! (smiles)
After that song my most favorites from James are "The Bigger the Caddy", "The Man That I Am", and "They Call Me the Breeze". (smiles)

I agree! My favorite songs off Sunset Man are The Man That I Am, You don't act like my woman, Drink and Dial, and These Are the Good Ole Days, and of course Just Got Started Lovin You.

Tonight I was able to personally talk with my local r. s. operations manager and put in a plea for more radio time for James. He already knew about James' music so he said no problem, done deal. I of course will be following up with a reminder email tomorrow. I'll let you all know how it turns out. Keep your fingers crossed.
